The moment fans have been waiting for is finally here. The finale episode of NBC's chilling new drama "Hannibal" airs tonight, pitting Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) and Dr. Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) in a quest to prove who is the real murderer.

Tonight's finale, entitled "Savoureux," will find Will in a compromising position. NBC teases, "When Will returns from Minnesota without Abigail (Kacey Rohl), Hannibal turns Will in, and Jack (Laurence Fishbourne) and the BAU team find strong evidence of Will having killed not only Abigail, but possibly being the Copy Cat Killer."

Will's colleagues have long wondered if Will is capable of murder and it appears that Hannibal has finally been able to convince him that he is. "Jack and Alana (Caroline Dhavernas) begin to accept that Will is indeed capable of murder," NBC teases. With his colleagues convinced, Will's life turns upside down.

NBC continues, "Will is arrested, plans a desperate escape, and takes Hannibal back to Minnesota to clear his name and prove he's being framed. But before he can, the situation takes another ugly and unexpected turn."

In a promo for the upcoming episode, fans see Will pointing a gun at a calm Hannibal as he tells him that he can finally see Hannibal for who he is. Will then asks Hannibal, "Are you a murderer?"

"Hannibal" will return for its second season next fall. The Peacock Network renewed the chilling series for its sophomore season at the end of May. The new season will not air earlier than mid-season in the fall and was given only 13 episodes.

"Hannibal" season one finale airs tonight at 10 p.m. EST on NBC.
