Rumors are really picking up speed about HTC's possible new phablet challenge to the Samsung Galaxy Mega and Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The rumored HTC phablet was known as the "HTC T6" for about a week, after some possible specs had leaked, but now the device has a new (rumored) name: "The HTC One Max." We also have a possible blueprint and some more detailed (but still unconfirmed) specs for the phablet.

According to a J.P. Morgan analyst in Hong Kong, who claims to have inside information on the company's new plus-sized offering, the HTC T6 will be called the HTC One Max. The picture above, leaked via mobileaks.nl, is supposedly the blueprints of the upcoming phablet.

The phablet is expected to have a 5.9-inch full HD display, which matches the previous rumors from last week, but there's more detail on the screen in this leak. It's expected to have 1,920 x 1,080p resolution that would match the HTC One's resolution, but on a screen that's more than one inch larger.

The leak also matches the Snapdragon 800 processor leak from before, giving it a 2.3GHz clock speed, though TechRadar's analyst says the clock speed is actually a slightly milder 2.2GHz. The battery is expected to be 3,300 mAh and it's rumored to feature HTC's Ultrapixel camera, though whether or not there's an upgrade to the 4-megapixel spec from the HTC One's Ultrapixel is unclear.

There's one more thing added in the new leak that we hadn't heard about last week: Boom Sound speakers. This means that there are two forward facing speakers, as with the HTC One, which makes sense, because last week's leak said that the T6 (One Max) was going to be modeled like an oversized HTC One. Android Key Lime Pie is expected to be powering the device.

This is just a report on a developing rumor, so any specific about the device could be wrong, and HTC may never even release a phablet. But given the speed at which the leaks are coming, and the rumored Q3 2013 release date, I would expect to see a lot more information, both official and unofficial, coming out about the HTC One Max in the coming weeks.
