In time for Father's Day, Amazon is offering a discount to the Kindle Fire HD tablets.
Amazon has reduced the prices of the Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Fire 8.9," and Kindle Fire 8.9" 4G tablets by $20. The offer will only be valid if the promotional code DADSFIRE is used by June 8.

According to Amazon, the promotion is only for customers living within the United States and limited to one per customer. The deal will only work if purchased through Amazon Digital Services, not through other retailers. Amazon does note that it "reserves the right to modify or cancel" the $20 offer "at any time."

Prices for the Kindle Fire HD tablets range from $199 to $499 without the DADSFIRE promotional code.
The sale is reminiscent of the special Amazon made for Mother's Day last month, of which offered a $20 discount to the seven-inch Kindle Fire HD tablet.
