Injustice: Gods Among Us has been a huge hit for fans who have been yearning for a deep fighting experience mixed in with DC Comics characters. Developed by the same studio responsible for the Mortal Kombat reboot, NetherRealm Studios, it can be hard to figure out exactly how best to control the characters if you are new to fighting games. Well, this video will tell you how best to control the iconic Caped Crusader, Batman, and get your fighting career started.

Batman is one of the more well-rounded characters in the game, capable of delivering solid combos and not having to rely on the special meter to defeat opponents. One of the most effective tools Batman has are his grapple attacks, which use the "Batclaw" to throw opponents around the stage. This can be used at the end of combos to get distance from your opponents, or to link up to a new combo. Another useful trick in Batman's arsenal is the "Batarang," a projectile attack that can be combined with meter burn to explode and cause further damage and begin combos.

Batman also has several moves meant to counter and mix up opponents. A slide attack is good for knocking an opponent off balance and can be combined with meter burn for more damage. Cape parry is good for dealing with aggressive attackers and ground the opponent while stopping their attacks. Batman's special attack summons bats that can be combined with these moves to give extra attack powers and be used as a shield as well.

Finally, Batman's full metered-special attack is very useful, but a bit slow. It can hit the opponent anywhere, so long as they are on or near the ground. The super attack hits the opponent with a smoke bomb, tasers them in the neck before getting a knee to the face and then follows up with a Batarang and getting hit by the Batmobile. A spectacular move that deals heavy damage. By following these moves, readers will be rocking opponents using Batman's unique moveset.
