The Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3, will host a special session for the upcoming Pokémon Nintendo 3DS games.

While Nintendo will reportedly not have a big presentation at the annual E3 conference, they will have a 90-minute long roundtable with a question and answer session regarding "Pokémon X and Y."

Nintendo will host a "Nintendo Direct" presentation on June 11, and the "Pokémon X and Y" session will take place after at approximately 6 p.m. PDT. Two big names have been set for the session: Game Freak Inc. and "Pokémon X and Y" Director Junichi Masuda and The Pokémon Company CEO Tsunekaz Ishihara.

The "Pokémon X and Y" session will come about a month after the latest major update of four new Pokémon, protagonists, and region name confirmation.

Accompanying the already confirmed Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Xerneas, Yveltal, and Sylveon are Helioptile, Fletchling, Gogoat, and Pancham. The 10 new Pokémon join a new Mewtwo form.

The game's region is the star-shaped land of Kalos, with Lumiose City serving as the central hub of the area. Lumiose City is the location of a Eiffel Tower-esque structure that can be seen in previously-released footage stands.

The playable characters have also been confirmed. Users can pick either a male or female hero and alternate new attires and accessories as the story progresses.

"Pokémon X and Y" will be released in October across Australia, Europe, Japan, and North America.
