If by some miracle, Justin Bieber invites you to his California mansion, remember one thing: never say anything about it. He just might sue you for $5 million.

According to a TMZ report, the 19-year-old superstar is requiring guests in his home at Calabasas to sign a confidentiality waiver forbidding them from talking about the property and anything that happens in the Biebs' private home. This means no tweets, no Facebook posts and no Instagram pictures. Breaching of the contract will cost the 'house guest' $5 million.

Although such contracts aren't anything out of the normal for celebs, the way Bieber's was drafted is notably different, if not odd.

According to the Liability Waiver and Release published by TMZ, guests are forewarned that anything happening in the property is private and the release or reproduction of media materials is unlawful.

All information concerning the Release Parties and their business and personal activities...shall be deemed to be confidential, private, secret and sensitive information...Without in any way limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances will you divulge the details of you entering and being on the Property...

Notably though, the waiver also warns guests that "activities" happening within the property could be "potentially hazardous." It also informs the concerned parties that Bieber and his camp will not be liable for any damages resulting from their participation in the said "activities." Any form of breach in the confidentiality provisions of the form "shall be compensated by a payment of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000).

The report comes as another blow to the Boyfriend-singer's tainted reputation following multiple questionable behaviour the past year.

Early in January, photos of the star smoking joint in a hotel room made its rounds online and causing a frenzy not only in the media, but to Bieber's millions of young fans.

Also, just this month, Bieber was booed on stage as he received the Milestone Award at this year's Billboard Music Awards.

While Beliebers say this new buzz is all about Justin protecting himself, some can't help but attribute this to the star's reported growing ego.
