Victor Cruz, the New York Giants wide receiver will be promoting his new book Victor Cruz: Out of the Blue in an event organized by Time Warner Cable on July 13 and 20 in Queens, New York City.

Giants football fans will have an opportunity to closely interact with Cruz who'll be responding to fans in an interactive discussion about his new memoir which details his personal story of overcoming numerous life setbacks.

The discussion will take place at Queens Theatre on July 13 while a book signing event will take place on July 20 at Queens Center Mall.

The Super Bowl champion from New Jersey recently said, "Queens is home to some of the country's best sports fans and I can't wait to come here and thank the people who have supported me and my team."

The first several hundred people at each event will be provided with a complimentary copy of Victor Cruz: Out of the Blue.

Cruz normally celebrates touchdowns with a salsa dance. Cruz's dance led program "Dancing with the Stars" offer him participation on the show. Cruz turned it down.

Cruz recorded 1,536 in receiving yards in the 2011 season set the franchise record for a single season in the New York Giants.
