Eugenio Derbez and Alessandra Rosaldo to Wed July 7

On July 7^th the famous Mexican couple Eugenio Derbez and Alessandra Rosaldo will finally be married.

Comedian Eugenio Derbez and Actress Alessandra Rosaldo will finally tie the knot at 7 p.m. in the Regina Coeil Parish in Mexico City after dating five years. The mass will be given by father Jose de Jesus de Aguilar and the wedding will be transmitted on live television with Javier Poza hosting it. 

Regarding the live transmission, Father de Jesus stated that the couple had to get a permit from the Governor's office to transmit it. Father de Jesus also added that the couple has already gone through pre cana, a course Catholic couples must attend in order to get married under the particular faith, and are set to get married.  

As for the details on the Rosaldo's attire, Mexican newspapers reported that the bride will wear two dresses, one for the civil wedding and one for the catholic wedding.

The catholic dress was designed by Spanish designer Manuel Mota whose catalogue belongs to the exclusive boutique Masaryk. Univision is reporting that her shoes were designed by Adriana Soto and are priced at a luxurious $749.

After the ceremony the Mexican papers are reporting that the reception will be held at the Claustro de Sor Juana where the couple will open the dance floor to "Creo en ti" from the group Reik. It has also been reported that Derbez's three sons will also attend.

When asked to give further details on the wedding Rosaldo stated that she was very nervous and very much in love. She also stated that she was very happy but that she was not going to reveal any secrets about her dress or about the wedding plans.

Derbez also refused to give further details as he stated that he was not involved in the preparations and that until now he was starting to integrate himself into the planning. He also stated that he has a lot of surprises for his future wife.

Eugenio Derbez was last seen in "Girl in Progress" alongside Eva Mendes and is currently on Univision's "La Familia Peluche." Alessandra Rosaldo was last seen in "Ni Contigo Ni Sin Ti."

The wedding highlights will be transmitted on Univision at 8pm on Sunday July 8^th.
