Daft Punk's upcoming album, Random Access Memories, is now only three weeks away. The wait is almost over. Yet that doesn't stop fans from drooling over any album news they can get their hands on. No matter how close the album's debut, any tidbit of information is cherished. Fans have been waiting eight years for this moment. They want to hear it now. The duo released their first single, "Get Lucky," a little over a week ago, but it's not enough. Fans want more. Luckily, Daft Punk continues to roll out their interview series, "The Collaborators." Each episode interviews one of the many artists who had a hand in the making of Random Access Memories, each one discussing what it was like to work with "the robots" and offering further insight into the upcoming album. The most recent episode features Canadian rapper, singer, pianist and producer Chilly Gonzales and is now available for your viewing pleasure.

The first five episodes featured music legends Giorgio Moroder, Todd Edwards, Nile Rodgers, Pharrell Williams and Panda Bear, and now it's Gonzales' turn. He talks about the use of harmony on the new album, which can be heard during the infectious chorus of "Get Lucky," and even previews some of the chord progressions used on various tracks.

"To be honest, I don't really like collaborating, but you make exceptions for people who are in possession of some true key to the zeitgeist," Gonzales says in the opening line of the episode. As did the other collaborators, Gonzales expresses his utmost respect and awe for Daft Punk's talents. Every artist featured thus far in "The Collaborators" has praised the duo's unmatched musical abilities. It's a privilege for them to work on what promises to be yet another groundbreaking album from some of the music industry's finest. Watch Gonzales' entire interview below.

Random Access Memories hits stores May 21 via Daft Life Limited, an imprint of Columbia Records.
