With a few days left until the premiere of his new telenovela "La Tempestad" William Levy posted pictures of himself resting in Mexico.

The Cuban Actor posted three pictures and a message via Twitter. He stated "I am spending my Sunday afternoon resting. In a few weeks audiences will get to see the first episode of 'La Tempestad.'" The actor was reported to have been promoting his series and entertaining his fans before the pictures were taken.

Levy will soon begin promoting the series in Mexico where he will attend numerous press conferences. The actor has already denied the rumors of his lack of chemistry with his co-stars and his hard to understand Cuban accent. However he told the press that he was tired and exhausted from the long production days. He also added that he would soon see his children who were in Miami.

Levy recently told the US press that he had not had time to watch the new "Dancing with the Stars" season because he was too busy. However he added that the show had been a lot of fun. Levy also revealed that he would be making his film debut in "Tyler Perry's Single Moms Cub." He stated ""I'm playing a guy that falls in love with a woman. He's a man who takes responsibility for a single mom."

The actor added that working with Perry was a great experience because he made him feel at ease during filming. "It was nice working with [Perry], great guy, great production, great movie."

Levy also revealed that he would play an edgier character in his latest film "Addiction." He stated "It's a character that I don't know if people are going to hate me for or not."

"La Tempestad" started shooting on Wednesday, March 6th in Veracruz. It also stars Ximena Navarrete, Laura Carmine, Ivan Sanchez, Jessica Coch, Diana Bracho, Cesar Evora, Alfonso Herrera, Latin Lover and Luis Manuel Avila. The series is based on the Colombian telenovela "La Tormenta" and is set to air in Mexico on May 13, 2013 on El Canal de la Estrellas.
