Nintendo may be banking on "Pokémon X and Y" to boost their fiscal profits.

Nintendo Company President Satoru Iwata, the same guy who confirmed the sixth-generation games back in January's "Pokémon Direct," announced a second straight loss in annual revenue. Part of the reason of is the sale of the Wii U, which is not meeting company's projection.

Nintendo will be hoping big games with names such as "Mario," "Zelda," and of course "Pokémon" would help return a profit for the company.

Meanwhile, while the sixth-generation games are six months away, the fifth-generation "Black and White" and their 2012 sequels are still having distribution events.

Deoxys, the DNA Pokémon, has been confirmed to be part of a Wi-Fi distribution event from May 8 to 31. Deoxys will be level 100 and have the moves Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Recover, and Psycho Boost. In addition, the Pokémon will be holding a Life Orb, which boosts the power of moves by approximately 30 percent in return of at least 10 percent HP.

"Now, with its first appearance in "Pokémon Black 2" and "Pokémon White 2," Deoxys offers players the tactical flexibility brought by the ability to change Formes," noted The Pokémon Company International in a statement.

Deoxys has the ability to change forms and the player can travel to Nacrene City to have it shift between Normal Forme, Attack Forme, Defense Forme, and Speed Forme.

In order to obtain Deoxys, the player must have the following:

- Wireless broadband Internet access,

- A Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSi, Nintendo DSi XL, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL system,

- A copy of the "Pokémon Black 2" or "Pokémon White 2" game,

- No more than 11 Wonder Cards in their possession.

Deoxys' distribution event is a bit ironic as it falls a couple weeks after it was announced first-generation Pokémon Mewtwo will debut a new form in "Pokémon X and Y."
