The Nokia Lumia 928 may finally make its debut as soon next month, based on latest reports.

As long speculated, the Lumia 928 will be part of Verizon Wireless. According to a source not to be identified, via Bloomberg, the Lumia 928 will have a metal casing, 4.5-inch touchscreen, an 8-megapixel camera, and wireless charging.

As with other Lumia smartphones, the Microsoft mobile operating system - Windows Phone 8 - will be the Lumia 928's platform.

According to Bloomberg, the Lumia 928 will be the first high-end Lumia device to be sold through Verizon Wireless to its 100 million customers.

A spokesperson from Nokia and Verizon Wireless declined to comment.

Accessories for the Lumia 928 have already hit online, such as eTrade Supply who were selling a LCD screen and digitizer assembly before going out of stock late last week.

A Nokia smartphone, likely the Lumia 928, has gone through the Federal Communications Commission's testing. It was then that the Nokia smartphone was speculated to join the Verizon network due to having the same Long Term Evolution (LTE) bands, 4 and 13, which match Verizon's network.

The Lumia 928 is long considered to be similar to AT&T's exclusive Lumia 920.

The rumored features for the Lumia 928 include 4.5-inch screen with Super AMOLED display with 1280x768 pixels resolution. Reports added the smartphone is expected to have an 8.7-megapixel PureView camera, 1GB RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. The battery capacity could reach up to 2.000mAh. As has been seen with previous Lumia smartphones, the Lumia 928 may see a variety of color options, from black, cyan, red, and white.
