It's always a beautiful thing when Hollywood co-stars date both on and off the big screen. It can add a hint of validity, a sense of realness that otherwise would slip between the cracks.

Fans of "The Amazing Spider-Man" film series know that Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy's relationship is one of the best, most complicated in the superhero movie realm. There's an added touch of Romeo and Juliet, as Stacy's father makes Parker promise to stay away from her in order to protect, but love has no boundaries. What makes it even sweeter is that off-screen, Emma Stone (Stacy) and Andrew Garfield (Parker aka Spider-Man) share an equally passionate romance.

As filming for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" has begun, Stone and Garfield have made their way to New York City and have been spotted taking full advantage of all it has to offer. This past weekend, the couple hit Tribeca for an afternoon stroll. There was no sign of Garfield's Spider-Man costume however. Perhaps he's off the clock.

It's nice to see that the two can spend some quality time together while not on the job, and when they are working, they're working together. If we could all only be so lucky.

Stone and Garfield aren't the only ones gallivanting around New York. Jaime Foxx, who plays the super villain Electro, has also been spotted strutting through Times Square, in a much different fashion however. Foxx was spotted with his full Electro makeup on for the first time, offering fans a brief glimpse at how the villain will appear in the movie. While Peter Parker is enjoying his leisure time in New York, Electro is putting in work, plotting his demonic schemes.

"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" is only in the earliest stages of production, but fans already can't get enough. Its May 2, 2014 release date is still a long way off, so in the meantime, take a nice stroll through New York and enjoy your leisure time.
