A leaked video of Elder Scrolls Online shows a staggering 20 minutes of gameplay footage from the upcoming MMO from Bethesda. The footage reveals many different aspects of the game, from character creation and the beginnings of the player's quests.

The beginning of the clip shows the user going through the many different modifiers for a character's physical traits, such as body size and hair. Nine different races will be available to choose from, and three different character classes are also seen in the video (Dragonknight, Templar, and Sorcerer). The video then drops the character into the beginning of Elder Scrolls Online, and shows how gamers will obtain quests and engage in first and third person combat, in addition to showing the game's interface and skill tree.

Elder Scrolls Online is currently in an closed beta, so the poster of this video obviously is a part of that beta. While the beta period has already begun, gamers can still sign up to be part of the beta process, as Bethesda plans to gradually add more and more players to the beta and test the game out with a larger population and more areas to explore. The game releases later this year, though when exactly has not been announced. Bethesda also has not stated the pricing model for the game, and it is unknown if the game will have a paid subscription, or if it will be free-to-play.

Elder Scrolls Online takes place on the continent of Tamriel as a whole, with the lands from previous games such as Morrowind, Cryodiil, and Skyrim all being available. The game takes place a full 1,000 years before the last game in the series, Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. Look out for more information about the game as the beta grows larger and the year goes on.
