A New Hampshire lawyer who works with a "virulently anti-gay" Christian organization has been convicted of multiple federal child pornography charges for transporting her young daughter from the U.S. to Canada, and filming her having sex with various men, numerous times.

Lisa Biron, who works pro bono with the brazenly anti-gay far-right Christian group, Alliance Defending Freedom, was first arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in November. After deliberating for less than one hour Thursday, a jury found the 43-year-old guilty on eight felony counts that involved her shooting multiple videos of two men having sex with her 14-year-old daughter, and allegedly also filming a video of herself and her daughter having sex on her cellphone. She now faces a minimum sentence of 25 years in prison.

On her Facebook page, which has since been taken down from the Internet, according to the Concord Monitor, Biron listed her favorite book as The Bible, and spoke of working with ADF. Formerly known as the Alliance Defense Fund, Biron worked with the ADF to defend a Pentecostal church in Concord in a tax battle against the town.

The ADF describes itself as a "servant ministry" that seeks to change American laws "for religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family."

The group is not subtle in its perception of members of the LGBT community. The ADF views homosexuality as a threat to morality, explaining in a book creatively titled "The Homosexual Agenda" - helpfully available for a "gift" of $35 - that homosexuals are engaged in a plot to crush religious freedom and free speech in America. One chapter of the tract reportedly argues that pedophilia on college campuses is directly caused by homosexuality, and also that there is a clear link between homosexuality and pedophilia.

"The homosexual legal agenda is the greatest threat to religious freedom in America today," says the ADF on its website. "The strategy of radical activists, like the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and its allies, is to dilute moral values so that homosexual behavior is thought to be normal, natural, and good, while suppressing the religious and free speech rights of those who disagree."

As word of Biron's charges has spread, the ADF has swiftly removed all mentions of her from their Internet presence, including the group's website and Facebook page. The ADF also denied that she ever worked with the group in an interview with CBS News. The anti-gay organization was still removing signs that Biron had worked with the ADF Thursday and blocking anyone who attempted to post anything regarding her work with the group, according to LGBT blog JoeMyGod.

While Biron was never formally employed by the ADF, Americablog learned that she was a member of what ADF calls its "Honor Corps," a special title recognizing lawyers who have completed 450 hours of pro bono work for the organization, awarded in recognition of "significant milestones." The ADF called Biron an "Allied Attorney Success Story" on its website in March 2011. Biron's name has since been erased from the ADF's website.
