The destination of Cristiano Ronaldo has been debated for months and despite the superstar's statements that he is committed to Real Madrid, it seems that more rumors indicate that he could very well move.

Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United have been listed as favored destinations for Ronaldo, but now Chelsea has been thrown in the mix by numerous rumors.

According to NESN, "[Chelsea owner Roman] Abramovich believes Mourinho has unfinished business at Chelsea and is prepared to welcome him back - with the checkbook open. Once back in London he [Mourinho] will do his best to lure former Manchester United star Ronaldo away from Spain. "Mourinho knows that the 28-year-old isn't content at Real and will test the water with a £60 million ($91 million) offer."

Despite Mourinho being signed for another few years at Madrid, the difficulties of the club throughout the year as well as news of division in the locker room have all but sealed the manager's fate and he is expected to leave at the end of the summer. In recent comments Mourinho stated, "One day naturally I have to be back ... Chelsea is in my heart as Inter (Milan) is. One day I have to be back." That report came on the heels of another from On Monday, British outlet The Mirror's report that "Mourinho and Abramovich HAVE reached a provisional agreement for the Portuguese to take over from interim Rafa Benitez this summer on a three-year contract."

Mourinho and Ronaldo are reportedly on good terms and it is possible that Mourinho could lure the superstar to leave his current squad for Chelsea. The superstar recently remained silent when asked whether he was happy about being in Real Madrid. According to the Huffington Post, "When awarded the Trofeo Di Stéfano for 2011-12 - Marca's annual prize for the best player in La Liga - the Portuguese international was asked if he was happy at the Bernabéu. AS claim an 'awkward silence followed' as Ronaldo offered no comment."

Mourinho and Ronaldo have both asserted a commitment to winning the Champions League with Real Madrid this season. Their quest continues on Wednesday when the Spanish giants host Galatasaray in the first leg of the quarterfinals.
