Parents-to-be Kate Middleton and Prince William have already come up with a nickname for their growing child. According to reports, the British royals refer to the unborn baby as baby "our little grape."

The Duchess of Cambridge allegedly picked out the adorable baby name because of its size at nine weeks.

However, HollywoodLife.com says that the royal baby's official name will be Elizabeth Diana Carole.

"The name are tributes their mothers - her mom Carole, and the late Lady Diana - and Carole is the Latin variation of Charles, a nod to Prince Charles," said the website. "The first name, of course, is in honor of Queen Elizabeth."

The pregnant Duchess has also been reportedly engaging in gentle exercise to keep herself and the "little grape" healthy.  US Weekly reports that 31-year-old expectant mother has replaced her running habits with walking her dog Lupo in order "to increase her heart rate a little." Plus, she's practicing up prenatal yoga and has hired an instructor to teach her at Kensington Palace.

Kate is also said to be reading parenting books about "how to be a good parent to how to stay healthy for the baby."

Despite her health precautions, reports say the royal has developed a sweet tooth which she satisfies with chocolate, biscuits and cake.

"She's got sugar on the brain. Chocolates, biscuits, cake. When she sneaks off to a nearby Starbucks for a decaf coffee, she'll often pick up a baked good!" said an inside source.
