Apparently, iOS developer Filippo Bigarella just couldn't get enough Harlem Shake. Using an iPhone jailbreak tweak, he turned his phone into the next dancing YouTube sensation.

Bigarella managed to make his home screen icons do the infamous internet dance, complete with the trademark bass drop. If you're looking to do the same with your phone however, unfortunately he's not releasing it to the public (which is good news for those of us who are pretty sick of those videos).

Still, we can all appreciate one last twist on the formula. Check out Bigarella dancing iPhone below.

The Harlem Shake meme rose to prominence in February of 2013. It began as part of a video by a YouTube comedy vlogger named Filthy Frank. A few days after his video went online, a group known as The Sunny Coast Skate responded to it with their own take on the Harlem Shake, and the rest have more or less followed their formula.

The idea is to have one person dancing in an otherwise normal scene. Then, at about the 15-second mark, the bass drops and the video cuts to a scene of everyone dancing like crazy. The meme was massively successful, due in large part to how easy it is to create your own, and the near unlimited number of ways you can put a unique spin on it.

The video meme helped to launch the actual Harlem Shake song to #1 on the iTunes American chart, while itself accumulating over 175 million views spread across nearly 40,000 different videos. While the Harlem Shake movement does seem to be petering out, it was definitely fun while it lasted. We might all be sick of it by now, but it's hard not to recognize how funny it was at the time.
