The unlikely duo of electronic producer Baauer and Detroit rapper Danny Brown has announced its April tour schedule. The two will perform nine shows together and will wrap up the tour with a blow out performance at Coachella on April 20.
Baauer recently catapulted into producer royalty after his smash hit "Harlem Shake" spawned a worldwide viral YouTube craze. Danny Brown has only begun scratched the surface of stardom, but his recent collaborations with A$AP Rocky and association with the Black Hippy crew is propelling him towards the top.
Brown has made recent headlines after his reaction to MTV's Hottest MC list, criticizing MTV for its lack of musical content. Nowadays, music videos and other music news is impossible to find on MTV amidst all of its reality, pop-culture programming. In response to MTV's new list, Brown released a song titled "#HottestMC" and calls out basically every MC excluding himself.
