After failing to reach a private agreement, Demi Moore is reportedly set to file divorce papers against her estranged Ashton Kutcher.

The Hollywood couple announced their split in November of 2011 after six years of marriage.  Though Kutcher filed divorce papers in December of that year, the two reportedly wanted to make a confidential deal over their separation before pursuing a divorce.

More than a year later, the stars have not made much progress in reaching a settlement.  According to an inside source, talks have broken down to money, while Moore blames Kutcher for being "hostile" and has "had enough" of his refusal to budge.  As a result, the divorce could now go to trial.

"Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi - a lot more than she made - but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much," a source told the New York Post. "She has had enough."

"It's hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial," added the insider.

Ashton is currently the highest-paid actor in television.  The 35-year-old "That 70's Show" actor earned $24 million for his role in on "Two and a Half Men" last year. He has also invested in a series of technology ventures.

According to the Post, the 50-year-old "Ghost" actress could file papers as early as today, March 6 in LA, making this the first time she has responded to Ashton's divorce petition.

"Ashton has been very difficult during the talks. You could even say he has been hostile," a source added. "After over a year of attempting to reach a settlement, Demi is definitely ready to move on."

Reports say that Demi and Ashton split following rumors that Kutcher had an affair with a 22-year-old model on the night of his and Moore's six-year anniversary.
