The arrival of "Star Wars Episode 7" has created a great deal of buzz across the internet. Not only are rumors ablaze about who will partake in the new trilogy, but a number of outlets and organizations have decided to showcase spoofs to celebrate the return of the franchise.

A version of the "Schoolhouse Rock" song "Interjections" was recently mashed up with clips from the original "Star Wars" trilogy. In the new video, viewers will see Luke Skywalker's prosthetic hand replace Reginald being sick with the flu (uh-huh!). Princess Leia becomes the hard-to-get "Geraldine" (ah-ha!) while Han Solo becomes "Geraldo."

The video has drawn over 100,000 views with generally positive feedback from viewers. Doris Delano writes, "THIS IS WAS GREAT!!! I loved SHR growing up and have since shown it to my kids! they love it too. thank you." Fecinny adds, "WONDERFUL job here combining Star Wars video with that unmistakable Essra Mohawk SHR vocal...INCREDIBLE!"

In addition to the "School House Rock" video, the Cesars (the French equivalent of the Oscars) showcased a video during its awards ceremony which featured Luke, Leia, and Darth Vader. However, they were nothing like the characters the world remembers in the 1977, 1980, and 1983 movies. Instead, they were depicted as senior citizens and the video was set in the world of Michael Haneke's "Amour." During the video, Luke is tending to his father Vader who has clearly become senile. Meanwhile Leia is a decrepit maid of sorts with a testy mouth. Luke, Leia, and Han are expected to return in the upcoming "Star Wars" and will most likely be played by the original cast members who are all in their 60s.

"Amour" won Best Foreign Language film at the Oscars on Feb. 24 and also picked up the top prize at the Cesar Awards.

"Star Wars Episode 7" is slated for release in 2015 and will be written by Michael Arndt. JJ Abrams is signed on to direct.
