After six years, Commander Shepard's story is finally coming to an end. The final installment of singleplayer DLC for Mass Effect 3 has been revealed, and it looks like one hell of a send off.

The new adventure, which takes place sometime before the ending of the third game (for obvious reasons) has Shepard trying to catch a bit of R&R on the Citadel. When a shadowy group of assassins target him and his squad though, it's time to do what he does best: get a squad together and kick some space butt.

The DLC, titled "Citadel," will take players from the "glamour of the Citadel's Wards to the top-secret Council Archives." It will also feature the return of characters including fan favorite Urdnot Wrex, and Mass Effect 2's Zaeed Massani.

The pack will also include side content in the Silver Coast Casino, Armax Combat Arena, and Shepard's living quarters on the Citadel. From the looks of the trailer, you'll be able to do important galaxy-saving tasks like watch movies with Tali, or take cheesy group photos.

It is however important to note that is likely the last we will see of Commander Shepard, at least in video game form, for some time. Bioware is calling it, "one final chance to see the characters you have known for years and rekindle romances."

Give the trailer a watch below, Citadel will be available on March 5th on the Xbox 360, PC, and PS3 for $14.99, 1200 MS points, or 1200 BW points.

"When a sinister conspiracy targets Commander Shepard, you and your team must uncover the truth, through battles and intrigue that range from the glamour of the Citadel's Wards to the top-secret Council Archives. Uncover the truth and fight alongside your squad — as well as the cast from the original Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, including Urdnot Wrex!"
