"Man of Steel" is one of the most anticipated films of the year and it seems that the picture has already been screened privately.

JoBlo recently published a piece with a review from a "source" that the company trusts "100 %." The critic asserts that the film is incredible good and goes on to call it "The Best Movie of the Year."

The critic writes that the film is a combination of a "Nolan story with Snyder effects/action." The writer also notes that the film has "TONS with Superman kicking all kinds of [expletive] in his suit." Regarding the computer generated graphics, the review notes that Superman's "cape is CG'd most of the time so it can look awesome."

A lot has been made about the film's tone based on images depicted in the trailer. The previews showcase a film with dark hue that seems meditative. However, the critic asserts that the film is not as "as dour and serious as the trailers suggest." It is essential that this is the opinion of one person and despite the critic's claims that the film is completely finished, there are other changes that could be made before the film launches in June.

The film has massive shoes to fill on a number of fronts. With the departure of Christopher Nolan's "Batman" franchise, Warner Bros is banking on this film being its next major tent pole series. The company has previously stated that the decision on whether to proceed with a Justice League movie depends solely on the box office performance of "Man of Steel."

Little has been said about the movie, but writer David Goyer did note that "We're approaching Superman as if it weren't a comic book movie, as if it were real." He added, "It just struck me that if Superman really existed in the world, first of all this story would be a story about first contact."

The film has received a PG-13 rating and will come out in theaters on June 14, 2013.
