If you can't get enough of Rovio's mobile games, you'll be glad to know that Bad Piggies is getting a brand new update. It's only the second update since the game launched last year, so to make up for the delay, it's packed with a lot of extra content.

The first portion of the update is a pack of 30 new levels titled "Flight in the Night." The big idea behind these stages is that they're populated by sleeping angry birds, who the player will have to avoid waking up as he sneaks the pigs by.

The content update also includes six new "Road Hog" levels, which have you competing against the clock as well as your friends to see who can get the best time on the leaderboard.

Lastly, those who manage to get past all of the additional Flight in the Night levels will unlock a brand new sandbox mode, which gives players an open ended environment in which to experiment.

Bad Piggies is a spin-off of Angry Birds, the massively popular game that launched Rovio as one of the biggest mobile game developers in the world. The game was released in September of last year, and has players trying to build contraptions for the pigs that will transport them from the start of the map to the finish line. Devices include shells made of wood and iron, wheels, soda bottles, fans, balloons, explosives, motors, and even umbrellas. Needless to say, despite being a spin-off, Bad Piggies is a completely different game from Angry Birds.

The game is currently available on iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS X, and the Wii U.  Windows Phone and Windows 8 versions of the game are scheduled to arrive soon.

The new update has gone live today, and is provided free of charge.
