The 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid receives some new features this year including optional blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert systems.
The addition of these safety features along with some other additions adds more comfort and convenience to this fuel-efficient sedan.
And if you think the family-friendly sedan can't hold its ground on the road, think again.
The 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid has a zero to 60 mph time of just 7.4 seconds and while that may not put the sedan in the sports car category that is still impressive and quicker than the four-cylinder model.
And even with the increased speed, expect an EPA estimated 41 mpg for the 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid.
The hybrid rendition of the Camry is offered in two trim levels, the LE and XLE.
Sixteen-inch steel wheels, keyless ignition, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control and automatic headlights are just some of the features for the LE trim level.
And on the more tech side of things, a trip computer, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, a six-speaker sound system with CD player and a USB and iPod interface come with the LE model as well.
Add 17-inch alloy wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated exterior mirrors and an eight-way adjustable power driver's seat and you have yourself the XLE trim level.
Optional features for the XLE include a rearview camera, sunroof, heated front seats, navigation system and a 10-speaker JBL audio system among other exciting options.
A 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 156 horsepower and 156 pound-feet of torque lives under the hood of the 2013 Toyota Camry and is paired with an electric motor and battery pack.
And when the two components work together, the engine can crank out 200 horsepower on this front-wheel-drive vehicle.
Pricing for the LE starts at $26,140, while the XLE starts at $27,670.
