"Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn 2" was awarded the Worst Picture of 2012 Award by the Golden Raspberry Awards Foundation on Saturday night. The "Twilight" movie won seven of 10 awards at the ceremony which is noted for recognizing the worst in film in a calendar year.

Aside from "winning" the top prize, "Twilight" earned awards for Worst Actress (Kristen Stewart), Worst Supporting Actor (Taylor Lautner), Worst Director (Bill Condon), Worst On-Screen Couple (Taylor Lautner and Mackenzie Foy) Worst Screen Ensemble, and Worst Remake, Rip-Off, Or Sequel.

The film lost the Worst Actor Award which was given to Adam Sandler for his turn in "That's My Boy." Sandler has now won four Acting Razzies including Worst Actor and Actress last year for his turns in "Jack and Jill;" that film swept the awards with 10 victories. Sandler was also awarded in 1999 for "Big Daddy." "That's My Boy" was also given the Worst Screenplay award.

Pop Singer Rihanna won the Worst Supporting Actress distinction for her turn in "Battlefield."

The awards were handed out during a press conference at the Continental Breakfast Room at the Holiday Inn Express Hollywood Walk of Fame Hotel. The Golden Raspberry awards started back in 1981 and have been known as the "Anti-Oscars." Recent winners for Worst Picture include "Jack and Jill (2011)," "The Last Airbender (2010)," "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009)," "The Love Guru (2008)," and "I Know Who Killed Me (2007)." Actors usually do not attend the awards, but Halle Berry and Sandra Bullock have been amongst the few that have actually been on hand to accept their prizes. Berry won Worst Actress in 2004 for her turn in "Catwoman" while Bullock was awarded the same distinction in 2009 for "All About Steve;" Bullock won the Oscar for Best Actress the next day for her performance in "The Blind Side."

UPDATE: Anyone can register to be a voting member for the Razzies for a yearly fee.
