Land Rover has made some alterations to the Range Rover Evoque lineup for 2013, including the addition of an off-road guidance navigation system, optional park-assist and a slightly altered grille.
But the British automaker has also added an entry-level trim option for the four-door renditions of the stylish crossover.
The Pure model starts at $41,145 and comes with standard features like automatic wipers, rear-view camera, front and rear fog-lights, dual-zone climate control and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror. The base Pure trim also boasts 19-inch wheels, selectable drive modes, an adjustable steering wheel, six-way driver and four-way passenger seats.
As far as tech features go for the Evoque, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, an 11-speaker sound system, two USB jacks and an auxiliary audio jack join the base model.
Land Rover also offers a sub-trim under the new base called Pure Premium, which adds a blind-spot warning system, a 360-degree parking camera system, adaptive xenon headlamps with automatic high beams and key-less ignition and entry. A voice-controlled navigation system and a 17-speaker surround sound audio system with a 10-CD changer are also part of the Pure Premium trim.
The next level trim package, Dynamic, features all of the options of lower trims plus some alterations that give this Evoque model a more aggressive and sporty road presence and cabin atmosphere with the addition of 19-inch wheels, perforated leather and special color choices.
And the Prestige, the next level up from the Dynamic, offers a more luxurious style as well as higher-quality leather seats with additional adjustments. This trim level is only available on four-door models.
All the Range Rover Evoque models are all-wheel-drive and host a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 240 horsepower and 250 pound-feet of torque with a six-speed automatic transmission.
The base Pure model starts at $41,145.
