Amanda Bynes has been acting very bizarre of late.
The New York Post reports that the former Nickelodeon star was forced to move out of her apartment in downtown Manhattan and into a hotel under threat of eviction because her neighbors were making complaints about her eccentric behavior.
"Her door was left open all the time," one neighbor told the Post. They added that she removed the regular light bulls from around her apartment and instead and "put red [lightbulbs] in every outlet." They complained that they 26-year-old actress also walked down to the lobby at 2am one day and was "laughing hysterically for four minutes," before she returned to her apartment. "She was really nice at first," the source insisted. "She knocked on some doors and introduced herself and wanted to hang out, but then she started acting weird."
To add to the weird news buzzing around Bynes, earlier this month TMZ reported that her drug use contributed to the threat of eviction because she reportedly smoked pot "morning, noon, and night." Neighbors complained that she even smoked weed in the hallways and that the smell of marijuana smoke wafted from her apartment.
The gossip website published photos of the moving vans, but Bynes told Celebuzz that she wasn't moving and doesn't even have a landlord because she owns her condo.
The child star's odd behavior recently emerged on Twitter as well. She recently tweeted a blurry photo of herself winking and wearing a blonde wig and she called rapper Jay-Z "ugly face."
