First grader Blake Harper got his entire school a day off for Super Bowl Monday for making a free throw. His attempt came after both an eighth grader and a seventh grader missed their respective opportunities.
If the kids were Ravens fans, it made their celebration that much sweeter. The Baltimore Ravens won Super Bowl XLVII on Sunday over the San Francisco 49ers 34-31. The Ravens held a parade and celebration in M&T Bank Stadium on Tuesday, featuring speeches by ownership and players, including the now-retired Ray Lewis.
