Manchester City takes on Stoke City in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Roberto Mancini's club has been playing its best soccer of the year with four straight clean sheets in premier league and FA cup competition. In premier league competition, Manchester has defeated Fulham and Arsenal in its last two matches by the scores of 2-0. In the team's opening FA Cup match, Manchester destroyed Watford 3-0 thanks to goals from Carlos Tevez (25th minute), Gareth Barry (44th), and Marcos Lopes (90th + 1). The team also defeated Stoke City on Jan. 1, 3-0.

The recent match could be a major point of motivation for Stoke City, which has not won in its last four premier league matches and has lost three straight. In that stretch the team did manage a strong 4-1 win in its FA Cup opener against Crystal Palace. The team held a 1-0 lead until the 87th minute when Crystal Palace tied it up. The teams went into extra time and Stoke City broke out for three goals in 15 minutes, including a brace from Jonathan Walters.

Prediction: Manchester City is the favorite in this matchup and should be able to hold off Stoke City easily. Look for a 3-0 Manchester win.
