Argentina Vs. Peru 9:25 PM

The Argentines continue to prove themselves the cream of the CONMEBOL after their 3-1 win over Paraguay catapulted them to the top of the table. The team has scored the most goals in the tournament and allowed the fewest thus far. The lone wrinkle in their tournament was a shocking 1-0 loss to Venezuela.Star strikers Lionel Messi and Gonzalo Higuain have each scored four goals in qualifying and Argentina has not shown any real weakness of late.

Peru has been dreadful in qualifying, though their win over Venezuela put them out of the cellar and into seventh place. They have been poor defensively and their offense has een nothing to write home about. This should be easy for Argentina, though surprises are bound to happen once in a while.

Prediction: Argentina wins 4-0. Higuain and Messi score.
