The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is about to be announced at the "Samsung Unpacked 2013: Episode 2" event on Sept. 4, ahead of the IFA 2013 consumer electronics trade show in Berlin. As was expected, a slew of leaks are hitting the Internet before the event, including a seemingly official render of what the finished product will look like. Finally.

Samsung has done a good job of keeping shots of the final product off of the Internet so far, with only a few clunky looking prototypes leaking from time to time. And while the new leak isn't an actual photograph of the device, it looks finished enough that it might as well be an official press render. The render, shown above, has the small bezels on the sides of the screen with all of those upsized Galaxy S4 aesthetics that we've been expecting. On the back you can see the slot for the Galaxy Note's ubiquitous S Pen, along with the camera sensor and LED, which is to the right, instead of below, as the Galaxy S4 has it. The render, leaked by StellistDesign (via PhoneArena), gives us a good idea of what to expect Sept. 4, but take it with a grain of salt, since it's not a legitimate photo of an actual Samsung handset.

Other details have leaked about the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 over the last few days, including some pricing information. According to a Russian electronics retailer, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phablet will come in at a price of 29,900 rubles, which is about the equivalent of $900 U.S. However, that's a little high on the mark, so it wouldn't be surprising if the price is a little bit different (i.e., lower) in other markets, like the U.S. Expect something between $700 and $900, and of course, much lower with a two-year agreement with a wireless provider, when the Galaxy Note 3 hits store shelves here.

Which brings up the question: "When will it be hitting store shelves in the U.S.?" Previous leaks have put the Galaxy Note 3's release date very close after its unveiling by Samsung this Sept. 4. Sometime between the middle and end of September has seemingly been the timing leaks and rumors have agreed upon, with all major carriers expected to have the device available.

When the Galaxy Note 3 is finally released, it will certainly pack a punch in the hardware department. According to accumulated rumors and leaks, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will sport a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor when it first debuts, while later models will come with Samsung's Octa-core Exynos 5420, clocked at 1.8GHz. The Galaxy Note 3 will have LTE support, according to recent evidence from the Global Certification Forum, which listed the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 as supporting LTE 2100/1800/850/1600/800MHz (Bands 1,3,5,7,20), WCDMA 2100/1900/900/850MHz and GSM 1900/1800/900/850MHz connectivity.

The GCF leak also confirmed that the Galaxy Note 3 will have 3GB of RAM - which is a first for mobile devices. The Galaxy Note 3 will almost certainly come with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean installed, and will sport a 1920 x 1080p resolution on its 5.68-inch screen. The device will probably have a 13-megapixel camera (with a front-facing camera as well), and will come in 32GB and 64GB, with a 16GB model seeming more and more tenuous.
