The HTC One finally came to Verizon Wireless on Thursday, Aug. 22. But for an even better deal for Verizon customers, check out Jennifer Lopez's Viva Movil division of Big Red, where the HTC One is being launched for $99.99.

While AT&T's release date for the HTC One mini is Friday, Verizon Wireless customers, who have waited for what seems like forever to get the flagship device, can pick up the real-deal HTC One for the same price as AT&T's HTC One mini on Jennifer Lopez's Latina-focused Verizon service, Viva Movil. For just $99.99, Viva Movil customers can snatch up the silver HTC One with 32GB of memory and 4G LTE coverage, which is a pretty amazing deal.

Meanwhile, the HTC One is available on the standard Verizon Wireless contract for $199.99. For that, you'll get the Silver 32GB HTC One, which is running Android 4.2.2. Other versions are still on Android 4.1.2, as they were released earlier and are waiting to leapfrog the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update straight to Android 4.3.

The HTC One was announced by the Taiwanese phone-maker in February of 2013 and released to most wireless carriers in March. It features a 4.7-inch touchscreen with 1080 x 1920p resolution, packing in 468 pixels per inch. The HTC One comes with 32GB or 64GB of storage (32GB only for Verizon) and runs on a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chip, clocked to 1.7GHz and assisted by 2GB of RAM. Other extras for the device include HTC BlinkFeed, Zoe camera software, HTC BoomSound stereo amplified speakers, and HTC's "Ultrapixel" camera, which the company says can out-shoot other 13-megapixel sensors in low-light environments.

"Viva Movil by Jennifer Lopez" was launched in partnership with Verizon Wireless in May of this year. Lopez made the announcement that Viva Movil was specifically tailored to Latinos: "This new company is here to revolutionize the entire mobile experience for Latinos. There's no specific place for Latinos to be specifically catered to. We will continuously evolve the wireless shopping experience with Verizon Wireless's guidance and support."

Lopez recently opened the company's first JLo-branded boutique store in Brooklyn, near Atlantic Center.

You can pick up the HTC One at Verizon Wireless stores, or save $100 by picking it up at Viva Movil's online store.
