When LG Electronics unveiled their new flagship smartphone, the LG G2, there was plenty of talk about the revolutionary so-called "Rear Key", but the possibility of charging your LG G2 through wireless was not exhibited. However, according to Verizon Wireless's new sign up sheet for the latest information about the Verizon LG G2, their LG G2 has "exclusive Wireless Charging."

On top of that, the LG G2 featured on the sheet has some big cosmetic changes to the handset, with the Rear Key looking different and sleeker and a larger camera border on the back. Verizon's LG G2 looks a lot different from the international version that LG Electronics unveiled at their New York City event last week. Perhaps LG Electronics is getting into the "customize for every carrier" business that HTC recently briefed the press about.

Other than the apparent Qi wireless charging for only the Verizon LG G2, the rest of the specs are the same. The LG G2 comes with a 5.2-inch Full High Definition display, running 1080 x 1920p resolution (424 pixels per inch) on a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen. The device is powered by a new quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, clocked at 2.26GHz with an Adreno 330 GPU, and assisted by 2GB of RAM. It features a 13-megapixel autofocus camera and a front-facing shooter of 2.1-megapixels, which can record 1080p video at 30 frames per second. The LG G2 has a 3,000 mAh Li-Po battery that looks to be a high performer for web browsing, but not for 3-D gaming.

The LG G2 was built around feedback that the South Korean electronics company received from customers and the public. According to Dr. Jong-seok Park, LG Electronics' CEO and president, the 5.2-inch screen is the best size for a hand to fit, while the "Rear Key" volume rocker and button was developed because that's where people put their pointer finger when using smartphones.
