The third season of "Once Upon a Time" will introduce Ariel and Eric, and will nod to some of the elements from the original Disney animated classic.
Viewers will find out the origin of Henry's adoption story in season three of ABC's 'Once Upon a Time.' Rumple will also get a familial visit.

Tinker Bell will be introduced in season three of 'Once Upon a Time.' Tink will be a bit mischievous, and will also have a connection to the villain Captain Hook.
"Once Upon a Time" season three will focus on the core characters, and may feature a flashback that shows Regina encountering Ariel, who is a new addition to cast. 'Once Upon a Time' will also have a one-hour special to recap the second season before the third season premiere.
"Once Upon a Time" spinoff "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" will feature Nordic monster "Grendel" from the classic Viking myth "Beowulf" in its debut season.
