The studio filmed the award-winning "To Fly!," one of the first films to use the massive IMAX cameras to provide an immersive theater experience for filmgoers.

We offer a wide range of content-creating services tailored for multiple platforms -- from iPhone to IMAX. Now bringing our adventures to you LIVE, streaming from locations near and far. MacGillivray Freeman provides live interviews, exposition and discussion of camera techniques each week.

The company also has strong environmental credentials, working with partners to educate the public and producing outreach films like "The Living Sea" and "Dolphins," both of which were nominated for Academy Awards, as well as "Everest," the highest-grossing IMAX film in history.

Shaun MacGillivray, son of founder Greg MacGillivray, leads many of the live streams, regaling viewers with stories of difficult nature shoots and near catastrophes.

The company is currently working on a 3D film on humpback whales, as well as an update to the Everest film.

Viewers can ask questions of MacGillivray for him to answer on camera via the Ustream live stream page or on Twitter, using the hashtag #mflive.
