The review embargo for the DmC Devil May Cry reviews is set to end in the next few days, but reviews are starting to leak online. Famitsu was the third review to show up on the internet, but now UK Publications The Sun and The Guardian have also posted their views on the upcoming Ninja Theory title.

The Guardian published a brief but positive review and noted that "The action is fast but strategic, with each enemy requiring its own tactics and weapon combinations to dispatch it, and the abandon of early levels soon gives way to much more demanding and potentially lethal engagements as you progress."

The Sun's article was far longer and more developed. Critic Ray Willmott assures fans that the combat is spot on right away. "With depth and substance invested, both remaining faithful to the series while adding new, potential favorites, DmC is lively, vicious and outrageous," says Willmott.

He adds that Dante can call upon the powers of his demon father and angel mother and all of Dante's weapons get upgrades and variety. He also notes that there are some strong boss battles and that the developers clearly know how to build up to the battles and deliver. Willmott concludes that "DmC is as good, if not better than any Devil May Cry title before it. With a hard-hitting story, creative, engaging combat, and overwhelming energy, DmC is kicking off 2013 in rip-roaring, high-octane fashion." He gave the game a 9/10.

Other reviews have been positive with Famitsu giving the title a 34 of 40. To read more on the game's ending (Including Spoilers), click HERE.
