Canadian teen pop idol Justin Bieber's attitude and star-like behavior is giving his record label a major headache, a report by the New York Daily News contends. According to a source cited by Confidenti@l, his behavior could end up damaging his budding career.

"Justin doesn't seem to care and does whatever he wants," the source said to the NY Daily News. Another "insider" added that despite several talks from his team, the Biebs just "doesn't listen to anyone."

According to Jezebel, the 18-year-old is also reportedly smoking pot all day and ordering everyone around him around. Another source told the Daily News, "He's surrounded by hangers-on who say 'yes' to anything he wants. There's no supervision."

While some say that Bieber is acting like any other ordinary 18-year-old, others say that he could be jeopardizing his budding career. "This could really damage his reputation if they don't get it under control," another source told the Daily News. "Justin is someone young teens look up to and this kind of behavior can really hurt his career. Just look at what happened with Britney Spears."

Adding to the young singer's "problems" is his stressful and much talked about relationship to fellow celebrity Selena Gomez. A source told the Daily News that despite being caught together on a ski trip to Utah, the on-off again couple have been having some issues. "She's been giving him a really hard time," the source added. "She's been partying without him and it drives him crazy."

Gomez, 20, was recently spotted hanging out with the 25-year-old son of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen, Ronan Farrow. Despite rumors of her breakup to the Biebs, the two were later seen locking lips at a Salt Lake airport.

According to the NY Daily News, the Biebs' family isn't making life any easier for him. One of the paper's sources said that his family members occasionally come to him for money.

The young singer has drawn a lot of criticism lately for a series of incidents. Congress members from the Philippines called images tweeted by the star mocking boxer Manny Pacquiao "distasteful" and demanded an apology or risk being declared a "persona non grata" in their country.

The Biebs also drew the wrath of the California Hamster Association, which accused him of animal cruelty for giving his pet hamster to a screaming fan outside of his concert in Atlanta.

Bieber's representative and representatives at his record label, Def Jam Records, have not commented on his supposed behavioral issues.
