Bungie has again teased "Destiny: The Taken King" fans with its weekly update, hinting what will come for the game's King's Fall raid.

In its weekly update, Bungie's Lead Raid Designer Gavin Irby provided some information about the upcoming Challenge Modes that the video game developer will introduce in "Destiny: The Taken King."

Irby said the Challenge Modes, which is a "harder" mode of the previously announce hard mode of King's Fall Raid, will require player's to challenge and defeat the raid bosses in a "very specific manner."

Although Irby did not mention what are the required ways and means to be used in the Raids, he, nonetheless, pointed that the mode will be available in both normal and hard mode and will be refreshed every week, just like the other challenges of the game.

"Early in December, one of the King's Fall bosses will offer their challenge each week. You'll see which boss when you select the Raid in the Director. It will display next to a skull, just like one of our Nightfall modifiers. They work on both normal and hard mode, and offer rewards to match," Irby said in the update.

Moreover, as pointed by Screen Rant, since Irby used the popular single-pool strategy for Golgoroth as an example, it implies that the new Challenge modes will force players to diversify their raid strategies. Hence, it is highly possible that gamers will see "extremely specific" conditions with "little exploitation of core raid mechanics."

In the report by Game Rant, it cited that it is not that surprising that Bungie is introducing tougher Raid challenges in "Destiny: The Taken King," citing that it is a great opportunity for the game developer to strengthen its community of gamers and keep them hooked up in the game.

The gaming news outlet also pointed that, since players like to create their own challenges just like "solo runs" and "fastest-time attempts" as well as other novel methods of completing a game. The new Challenge Modes will definitely build up the excitement of the fans of the game.

As of present time, there is no official launch date for the new challenge modes. However, with the mention of an "early December" release, fans can expect the game in the first two weeks with Dec. 8, 2015 the earliest time possible since the game is refreshing its challenges every Tuesday.

"Destiny: the Taken King" is currently playable on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
