The latest "Final Fantasy XV" updates are in, and fans will be pleased that they are nothing but improvements into the upcoming fantasy video game.

According to Crossmap, game director Hajime Tabata could bring original female lead Stella since they have other plans for her and that they need to handle her delicately.

Yibada revealed that the new "Final Fantasy XV" developments are also about new combat and magic gameplay, as well as DLC summons.

The upcoming "Final Fantasy XV" will be incorporating a system akin to "Final Fantasy XII's" Gambit system.

In the official forum for "Final Fantasy XV," lead designer and AI programmer Prasertvithyakarn Prasert shed light on queries about the gambit system.

"We have created a system for FFXV where the player can decide the battle style that they and their comrades use, although this takes a different form to the gambits in FFXII. This will be revealed at some point in the future so look out for further information," Prasert said.

Lead game designer and combat planner Yuji Kenichiro also shared details about the game's Monster climbing features.

"There is a gameplay mechanic where you can debilitate enemies by destroying parts of their anatomy and it plays an important role in battle."

"It is possible to make these kinds of attacks against specific areas on gigantic monsters by either striking them directly using the warp ability or by positioning yourself by the enemy's vulnerable spots using parrying actions against their attacks."

RPGFan reported the special monster attack skills will come in handy for players who will be fighting against larger monsters. It will also reportedly be useful in several situations during gameplay.

In addition to these new "Final Fantasy XV" updates on its combat gameplay, magic will also be upgraded with a unique feature in the game.

According to game director Hajime Tabata, magic will be divided into two categories. While Noctis will be equipped with natural magical abilities because of his being a member of the Lucis family, other characters such as Prompto, Gladiolus and Ignis will likely be given magic rings in order for them to use Fire, Ice, Protect, Ensuna and many more, to cast magic.

Meanwhile, the "Final Fantasy XV" will DLC will reportedly add summons. According to Tabata, Gilgamesh will be in the game, as well as Airships and several voice languages.

"Final Fantasy XV," created and published by Square Enix, is slated for worldwide release in 2016. It will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
