The season 6 Episode 11 promo of "Pretty Little Liars" just shows that there is still a lot of drama that followed the characters after leaving Rosewood.
However, along with the release of the promo, rumors on what could happen to the characters have started swirling around.
In the latest promo, fans can see the characters five years into the future. By this time, Hanna Marin (Ashley Benson) was already engaged but not with Caleb Rivers (Tyler Blackburn). Meanwhile, Aria Montgomery (Lucy Hale), who is now a publisher, has a new love interest while Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario), after breaking up with now Police Officer Toby Cavanaugh (Keegan Allen), might have a new lover that every fan of the series know.
According to the report by Celeb Dirty Laundry, there are rumors claiming that Spencer will hook up with Hanna's ex-Caleb in the upcoming Season 6B. The report claimed that there might be some truth around this rumor after the promo shows Toby punching Caleb, sparking the rumor that the Spoby couple might just be really over.
The website pointed that since Toby and Caleb are best friends who both want to protect the Liars, a Spencer-Caleb affair might be the only logical reason for Toby to punch Caleb. It also pointed that Spencer, being in the scene when Toby approached Caleb, also gives more substance to the stated reason why the two fight.
Moreover, since the upcoming season of "Pretty Little Liars" will be set five years in the future, fans can also expect a new hairdo from the characters.
"It's so funny because when we were talking about taking the characters five years forward, everyone wanted a really, really new look. I thought, actually, that I would not be affecting the character's look so much. I was like, 'I'm not going to dye my hair a color.' Lucy went lighter, Ashley went longer and Shay kind of stayed the same. For me, I wasn't going to dye my hair a crazy color, because Spencer wouldn't, but she's very classic, so I thought maybe bangs," Troian told in an interview by Teen.com.
"Pretty Little Liars" Season 6 Episode 11 will air on January 12, 2016 at ABC.
