Justin Bieber Talks About Selena Gomez on Ellen Show: Are They Getting Back Together?

Justin Bieber holds nothing back as he talks about Selena Gomez, and even hints that maybe in the future, they could get back together.

Justin Bieber dropped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show and was put on the hot seat regarding his current status. ABC News reported that Bieber claims he's single but DeGeneres didn't believe it, especially since Bieber was recently caught on a holiday with friends and Jayde Pierce, a London-based YouTube personality who was linked to the "What Do You Mean" singer.

When asked if he's seeing anyone, the singer denied and insisted that he's single. However, when asked about Pierce, Bieber said that she is just a friend. However, the talk show host didn't seem convinced and made a witty remark about Bieber walking around the villa naked while Pierce was there.

"I have friends. I've never seen them naked like that," the host said. "And they don't bring me to Bora Bora!"

Later on in the interview, Selena Gomez' name was again brought up. Bieber revealed that three songs in his new album "Purpose" were inspired by his ex-girlfriend. The songs "What Do You Mean," "Sorry" and "Mark My Word" were written with a little inspiration from his past relationship with Gomez.

Apart from admitting that three songs are about Gomez, Bieber also hinted that they might get back together in the future if all things get sorted out. The possibility of the two reuniting is something that all Jelena fans would surely be excited about.

"We have a lot of history together so it could possibly happen. I think we're both just on our own journeys, figuring ourselves out, and once we've figured ourselves out, we could maybe come together and make an awesome duo," Bieber said of Gomez. "I just want her to be happy, honestly."

Bieber will be on the show all week to promote his latest album "Purpose", so DeGeneres will have plenty more time to poke around his personal life.

Meanwhile, a report from Hollywood Life claimed that Gomez is thrilled that Bieber is opening up nowadays about her and their past relationship. Rumors suggest that the "Good For You" singer is happy of the reveal because she wants it, too.

"Selena loves that Justin is talking about getting back together because they still talk about the future as if there will be one," a source said. "They are in the same boat and know that these feelings they have for each other will lead them back to each other eventually."
