No movie can top the hilarity that was 2001 film "Zoolander" or so it seems. Penelope Cruz is telling that "Zoolander 2" is actually funnier!

"For all of the fans of the first one, I can tell them, I'm almost 100% sure, no I'm 100% sure, that this is going to be even better! It's really funny. It's hilarious," Cruz told Harper Bazaar.

From how Cruz described the vibe on the set, it is obvious the tandem, that is Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson, will never fail. "To be there everyday with Ben and Owen, I laughed a lot. And Ben is very serious when he's working, but he forgets that he's wearing these absurd outfits when he's directing me. I laughed a lot," Cruz shared.

Cruz also revealed that the film is being shot in Italy, saying "I had a great time. I was there almost three months in Italy." She also praised Stiller for his passion about the film. "Ben is such a hard worker and so talented," Cruz said.

According to the official Facebook page for "Zoolander 2," the film is set for release on February 12, 2016. The film is also being shot in Brooklyn, DNAinfo reported, citing Stiller's Instagram post on Sept. 16. Stiller revealed that he was doing a shoot for the film in Greenpoint. The Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment confirmed to DNAinfo that the film's crew sought a permit for a whole-day of filming.

"Zoolander 2" will pick up 15 years after "Zoolander," Wilson, also known as Hansel in the film, revealed to Collider in August. "Hansel at this point is not modeling the way that he used to be. I think the script's really funny and hopefully the movie will turn out as good," Wilson said.

Wilson shared that making "Zoolander 2" is quite amusing, given the fact that the first film did not do well in the box office. "But I guess over the years it's developed a cult following," Wilson said.

"When we first announced the movie at the Paris fashion show, we didn't know what the reaction would be but it seemed to be like a rock concert. I think that got us excited to then go and film the movie in Rome," Wilson told Collider.

Stiller and Wilson will be reunited with Will Ferrel, Christine Taylor and Billy Zane, according to IMDb. There will also be cameos by Kristen Wiig, kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Olivia Mum and Justin Bieber.
