Birdman apparently needs to get it together. Whatever IT is, he needs to get IT together. He is being sued yet again by another employee and this time its for thousands dollars for two years of unpaid work.

Javier Nuno is suing the Number 1 Stunna for reportedly being unpaid for 70 hours a week of work for over 2-and-a-half years according to the Jasmine Brand. Moreover, according to the website, Javier "filed suit against Birdman accusing him of violating labor laws by screwing him out of overtime despite working countless hours for him."

Javier apparently worked out of the CEO of Cash Money Millionaire's mansion in Florida as a non-exempt employee for Baby from Sept. 2012 to Feb. 23rd 2015. He consented to compensation for his work being $1,000 per week given in the form of a monthly $4,000 payment.

Nuno states that he is owed $129,000 for his regular schedule of 40 hours per week and an additional $48,375 in overtime pay. He is also seeking damages which tops off the suit at a whopping $354,750.

Birdman is developing a luandry list of debts.

Just last week, producer DVLP, known as Develop, announced he was suing Birdman for $200,000. TMZ revealed text message conversations between the producer and Bryan Williams. The hitmaker who was behind the production of many of Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter" albums, including major bangers "Fireman," "Huztler Muzik," and "Hit 'Em Up" told Birdman via SMS he is constantly hearing of issues that arise when working with the CEO and it leads to bad press.

See the text messages here.

"Man, I don't understand what ur doing but it seems every week I'm learning abt someone else that's real solid with you filing a legal action to get it right that ends up getting bad press."

Somewhat of a prophecy, now that yet another case has arisen.

Baby is also being sued by his "son" Lil Wayne for $51 million dollars. Weezy says Cash Money violated his contract by withholding his earnings from "Tha Carter V" album.

Birdman's money woes just keep getting worse and worse. Hopefully he will not handle this issue via text message and get it together.
