It seems Bethesda is making 2015 the year for the "Fallout" franchise.

After an earlier report cited that a Bethesda VP is expecting "Fallout 4" to be their "biggest release ever," which could even top Skyrim's total sales, the video game publisher is really going all out for the upcoming game.

According to Game Spot, Bethesda has announced that it has partnered with Dark Horse Comics to publish an art book titled, "The Art of Fallout 4," which will be made available on the same day "Fallout 4" is released.

"The Art of Fallout 4" book, as Bethesda described, will reveal "never-before-seen designs and concept art from the game's dynamic environments, iconic characters, detailed weapons, and more -- along with commentary from the developers themselves."

Additionally, as pointed by Game Rant, the regular version of "Fallout 4" art book will be sold for $28 through various retailers such as Amazon. Meanwhile, a special limited edition will be sold via the Bethesda store and the hardcover, currently a pre-sale item on the publisher's website, has a price tag of $40.

"The Art of Fallout 4 is a must-have collectible for fans, and a trusty companion for every Wasteland wanderer," Bethesda told Polygon, who also gave the first glimpse of the new art book through the cover art they obtained.

Game Rant furthered that the publication of the art book is another proof that Bethesda is already setting up the way for the arrival of the game, which has definitely excited a lot of the franchise's fans. As of the moment, the art book is already a top best seller at Amazon.

"Fallout 4," Bethesda's "most ambitious game ever, and the next generation of open-world gaming," will be released on November 10, 2015, and will be made available for PC, PS4 and Xbox one. "The Art of Fallout 4," on the other hand, will be released simultaneously, along with the game. The estimated ship date for the art book purchased through The Bethesda Store is on December 22, 2015.
