A Key West man who threatened his partner that he would not "be around" if President Barack Obama was re-elected was found dead by police on Nov. 8, the Miami Herald reported. The 64-year-old tan salon owner, identified as Henry Hamilton, was discovered along with the words "F--- Obama!" written on his will and two empty prescription bottles.

According to the Miami Herald, his partner Michael Cossey told Police Officer Anna Dykes that Hamilton was "very upset about the election results." Cossey, who had last seen Hamilton on Election Night, also told police that his partner "has been very stressed about his business."

Dykes' police report stated that Cossey returned to the condo he shared with Hamilton after a night playing cards with friends and fell asleep on his couch at about 6 a.m. Officer Pablo Rodriguez, who was making a welfare check on Hamilton after receiving a standing request from a worried friend, woke him up, the Miami Herald reported.

The two then discovered Hamilton's body in the bedroom along with a bottle of Xanax and a bottle of Seroquel, which are taken to treat anxiety and schizophrenia. The Associated Press reported that Hamilton's will also asked that he not be revived.

The Miami Herald reported that police spokeswoman Alyson Crean said, "There's absolutely no evidence of foul play." Police is waiting for the autopsy results from the Monroe County Medical Examiner's Office, Crean added.
