Spoiler Alert- After much speculation about whether or not the new Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale would have a final boss, a new trailer revealed who the final enemy players will combat is.
In a new Tribute trailer released by the company, all the current characters are showcased fighting each other in another dimension. At the end of the trailer, Sweet Tooth fires off a missile and all the characters freeze as the character dollies away from them. When it comes to a stop we are shown a silhouette of Polygon Man for a brief moment.
Polygon Man was a former mascot that promoted the original PlayStation brand and upcoming launch titles. He is just a purple head with spikes and his disembodied body par makes him similar to Master Hand from the Super Smash Bros series.
No one knows anything about his moveset or if Sony plans to reveal more information prior to launch but the trailer clearly indicates that he is a major part of the title.
The game is slated for a November 20 release on both the PS 3 and PS Vita. Anyone who purchases the PS3 version will also receive a free download voucher for the Vita Version. Initial reviews for the beta version have been mixed with complaints revolving around not being able to easily identify players' characters and balance issues between the characters.
