Game developer Bethesda delighted fans when it announced at E3 2015 that “Fallout 4” was coming.

“Fallout 4” is set to launch on November 11, 2015 on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Bethesda teased some gameplay in June and is expected to share more details at the QuakeCon event in July. Todd Howard, the game director of the studio, was scheduled to provide an exclusive look of the upcoming game to conference participants on July 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Central, based on a report by GameRant. The demo may not be aired during the actual presentation, but the general public might get a glimpse through the developer’s Twitch channel or through other platforms at a later date. QuakeCon will happen at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas from July 23 to 26.

Todd Howard revealed that the post-apocalyptic role-playing game will be set in Boston in the year 2075. The game will bring a conflicting theme of optimism and fear of atomic annihilation, based on a Telegraph report. Players have to ensure their survival by establishing a base and fending off enemies while gathering supplies.

There are speculations that Bethesda may feature the base-building system more, teaching players how to find resources, set up their base and make the necessary upgrades to stay safe against enemies. Others also expect the studio to unveil the game characters and share more about the storyline. Although the starting time was set, there was no end time, which can mean that attendees might be given the opportunity to ask questions and get more details.

Major Nelson reported that “Fallout 4” is the most ambitious game by Bethesda Game Studios. The developer is also well-known for working on other great titles such as “Fallout 3” and “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim”. Gamers who pre-order “Fallout 4” will also get “Fallout 3” on Xbox. The “Fallout 3” code will be sent to the user’s Xbox message center within 7 to 10 days. They can redeem the code on Xbox.com and the game will be available in backwards compatibility access.

QuakeCon attendees can also expect more details and glimpses on other upcoming games, aside from “Fallout 4”. Gamers can also watch other panels and learn more about “Doom” and “The Elder Scrolls Online”. There will also be various board game players at the site playing Magic: The Gathering, Pixel Tactics, Krosmaster and more, based on a report by Game Informer.
