As reported by Ashley Weatherford of NyMag, Bieber surprised everyone as he posted a picture of his butt on his official Instagram page.
As was noted on the report, Bieber was on a vacation on Bora bora when a friend took a snapshot of Bieber's butt. In what was probably a goofy moment between friends on a boat became an internet sensation when Bieber himself posted the picture online. Naturally, people took it to themselves to make funny pictures out of Bieber's butt photo and to share it with everyone on the internet.
