Samsung is ready to innovate once again the rumored spec sheet of the Samsung Galaxy A8 has been allegedly leaked online and it promises to be the thinnest phone with some unbelievable specs, if the reports and rumors are to be believed.

Here are the rumored specs of the Samsung Galaxy A8 that allegedly leaked online, according to Phone Arena:

-Android 5.1 Lollipop

-5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels

-Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chip (4x ARM Cortex-A53 @ 1.7GHz, 4 Cortex-A53 @ 1.0GHz), Adreno 405 GPU

-2GB of RAM

-16GB of internal storage

-16-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front cam

-3,050mAh battery

In a separate report, Phone Arena stated that the first video of the alleged Samsung Galaxy A8 has been posted online and that the contents of the video seem to match the previously alleged specs of the Samsung Galaxy A8.

As was noted by the Phone Arena, rumors about a new line of Samsung phone called the Galaxy A started a couple of months ago when Samsung filed trademark names for the Galaxy A6, A8, and A9 names. Phone Arena then noted rumors about the Samsung Galaxy A line started and it focused on the Samsung Galaxy A8.

The report also mentioned that GFXBench pass was then able to allegedly confirm the specs of the new phone. The first few images of the Samsung Galaxy A8 allegedly leaked out after about a month after the specs were reportedly posted online.

As for the pricing and the release date of the Samsung Galaxy A8, The Phone Arena believes that the phone would only be sold in China for a while.

"Since the Android 5.1 Lollipop-toting Galaxy A8 was previously certified by the FCC with support for LTE band 41 only, for now we can only argue that it'll probably sell in China, with international release remaining under question," wrote The Phone Arena.

However, Amit Chowdhry of Forbes disagrees and speculates that the phone could be released this September.

"Even though the Samsung Galaxy A7 was released overseas, the Galaxy A8 is expected to be available in the U.S. since it passed through the FCC. The pricing and availability of the Galaxy A8 is not yet known. However, several analysts are anticipating September as the release timeframe to coincide with an announcement about the Samsung Galaxy Note 5," wrote Chowdhry.
